| the hotel was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The pillows were feather pillows and not much to them, but we asked for firmer ones and they brought them to our rm. our room didnt have a refrigerator, which we sure did miss. i would recommend this hotel |

| I wanted a nice hotel for a weekend to visit some friends. Quality was more important than cost for me, but I got both with this hotel. The Waterford Marriott was perfect for my daughter (toddler) and I...quiet location and great staff. The decor was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I now wish we would have seen more of the hotel (ie gardens) but the room was so comfortable and the room service was delicious! |

| Great location for our family while visiting Oklahoma City University. We were within a few miles and it was easy to go back and forth to see our daughter.
The Breakfast Buffet was very good as well and better than many I have visited.
Excellent service from the moment we arrived until departure. |

| Have stayed at the Waterford twice now and enjoyed it very much both times. It's almost like a boutique hotel! |

| The Waterford Marriott is very centrally located in Oklahoma City. It is close to shopping malls, highway access, and entertainment/dining.
While it's location is convenient to busy city areas, it is situated in a very quiet business/residential area, so you're close to the activity without hearing it.
The hotel is very clean and decor is very tasteful. Staff was friendly and accommodating--one of the maintenance engineers even fixed a loose handle on my luggage.
I used to live in Oklahoma and know the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Oklahoma City. |

| Spent 3 nights at the Waterford and loved it-- especially every minute on a remarkably comfortable bed. Lots of hotels have upgraded their beds/bedding in recent years, but the Waterford bed beat them all. I'm a bit tall, so the extra long bed was great. Often sheets are too short to be pulled up under one's chin (without coming loose at the feet). These sheets were satin smooth and long. I stayed warm and cozy (despite an ice storm outside). Great service throughout. The food in the bar was just so so, but the barkeep was great. Nice workout area with jacuzzi. |

| Service was absolutely top drawer during the week we were there. The staff (especially room service) was extremely accommodating during our holiday stay. The soft bed was the only negative at all. |

| We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we could say negative about the hotel, is the feather bed was not very comfortable. |
